To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- What happened — describe the issue or unexpected behaviour
- What you expected — what should have happened instead
- Steps to reproduce — how can we see the same issue (domain analysed, preset used, etc.)
- Screenshots — if applicable, a screenshot of the error or unexpected output
- Browser — which browser and device you're using
- Your email — so we can respond (use the same email as your Ayima Chat account if you have one)
Common Issues
Credits ran out
You can purchase more credits from Settings > Billing. If you're a new user, you may need to create an account first to get 200 free credits.
Google data not showing
Make sure you've connected your Google account in Settings > Connections. The assistant needs a connected account to access Search Console and Analytics data.
A tool failed during analysis
Occasionally a data source may be temporarily unavailable. The assistant will acknowledge the failure and continue with the data it has. Try again in a few minutes if the issue persists.
Analysis seems wrong or incomplete
AI-generated analysis is informational and may occasionally contain errors. You can ask the assistant to clarify, re-check specific points, or try a different AI model in Settings > Preferences. More capable models generally produce better analysis.
Conversation history missing
If you were using the tool without an account (anonymously), your conversations are tied to your browser cookie. Clearing cookies or using a different browser will lose access to those conversations. Creating an account preserves your history.
